Poachers sign hotshot Liam

Striker Liam Tunstall moves to Tattershall Road

Nathan Collins has swooped for Yaxley hitman Liam Tunstall.

Tunstall was the United Counties League's joint fourth top scorer last season with an impressive tally of 23 league goals for lowly Sleaford.

He moved to Holbeach in the summer before switching to Yaxley where he was unsettled.

Boston Town previously put ina s even-day approach to sign Tunstall last December but at that stage he opted to stay loyal to Sleaford.

New boss Collins has also brought several other new faces to the club as he bids to drag the Poachers out of the relegation zone.

They include striker Robbie Bryant, winger Tom Hobson, midfielders Dane Harper and Nathan Iley.

The Poachers host Holbeach at Tattershall Road in a crunch Lincolnshire derby on Tuesday night, kick off 7.45pm. A win could lift them out of the bottom two.

Boston Town had no game yesterday - the teams immediately above and below them, Northampton Sileby Rangers and Harborough, both lost 4-0 at home.
