Jordan joins Tulips

Young striker Nuttell agrees step up to Northern Premier League club

Jordan Nuttell has completed his move to Spadling United.

He scored in his last appearance for Boston Town at Cogenhoe on Saturday.

Poachers manager Dan Barrett has already moved to strengthen to attacking options by signing former Cleethorpes hitman Ricky Belding.

Jordan has earned high praise from Poachers officials and leaves the DWB Stadium with the club's best wishes.

Barrett said the youngster was a great talent and it had been a pleasure to work with him.

Jordan said: "All the best to Boston Town, Dan Barrett and all the lads for the rest of season. They're a great set of lads and I enjoyed my time there."

Tulips boss Pat Rayment told the Spalding Guardian: “We feel the timing is right for Jordan.

“Hopefully this move will provide a platform for him to kick on because he has all the attributes to be a good player."

Jordan, whose dad Micky and uncle Derrick are both ex-Poachers, scored 10 goals in 52 games for Boston Town.
