Holbeach 2, Boston Town 2

Final score from tonight's derby at Carter's Park

And there's the final whistle - a richly-deserved draw for Boston Town against one of the title favourites.

80 mins: Still level at 2-2 and Lori Borbely's side really deserve a point here after this tremendous performance.

68 mins: The commentator's curse strikes as Warfield equalises. Now you fear the visitors might find themselves besieged for the last 20 minutes.

67 mins: Midway through the second half and still the Poachers hold on to their slender lead. This would be a truly remarkable win, particularly bearing in mind their last two results.

57 mins: Now Oliver goes close again - he's been a revelation since coming to Boston, with five goals so far and this is only his fourth game. To put this into context, Holbeach have lost only four league games all season. If they win all their games in hand, they'd be top.

54 mins: The visitors continue to create chances in the early stages of the second period. Eyett has gone to hospital to have stitches in a cut above his eye.

HALF-TIME: Holbeach 1, Boston Town 2 - that's a shame for Boston. And it was a blow to lose the effervescent Aaron Eyett to injury - he'd come close to scoring.

44 mins: Dube pulls one back just before the break to make it 2-1.

29 mins: GOAL! Ryan Oliver doubles the lead - and thoroughly deserved!

20 mins: It's been a great start for the visitors - Beck could have had more than the one goal he already has. Beware though, Boston fans - they led in their last two games, only to lost 4-1 and 5-1!

13 mins: GOAL! Alex Beck gives the Poachers a shock lead!

PREVIEW:

Boston Town face a tough task as they travel to title-chasing Lincolnshire rivals Holbeach tonight.

Boss Lori Borbely will be urging his side to bounce back after suffering two disappointing defeats in a row.

This will be the Poachers' third visit to Carter's Park this season having previously beaten the Tigers there 4-2 in the FA Cup in August and then only lost on penatlies in the Lincs Senior Trophy after a thrilling fightback to draw 4-4.
