Deeping 1, Boston Town 3

Poachers victorious in last local derby of the campaign

Jordan Nuttell showed just why he's developing into one of the most feared strikers in the league as he struck his second hat-trick in the space of a month.

He helped Boston Town to follow up their excellent win at Eynesbury on Monday with a fine victory over Lincolnshire rivals Deeping.

Nuttell put the Poachers ahead after 13 minutes, latching onto the rebound after Ryan Parnell's shot was saved.

Luke Avis levelled for the hosts early in the second half.

But Nuttell hit two more in quick succession to seal the win over misfiring Deeping, who have now won just one of their last 12 league games.

First he was set up by Fraser Bayliss before bringing his season's tally to 16 with a volley after build-up work by Lori Borbely.

Town: Doughty, Fleming, Parker, Ford, Field, S Ashton, Dykes, Borbely, R Parnell, Nuttell, Bayliss
