Poachers star on Wembley ball
Boston Town striker Fraser Bayliss will feature on the official FA CUp Final ball this weekend.
He is one of 137 goalscorers whose names will be printed on the ball being used in the 137th Final between Chelsea and Manchester United at Wembley on Saturday.
The Ball For All celebrates players who have scored significant goals in this season’s competition, from the extra preliminary round to the semi-finals.
Bayliss, who scored for Boston Town in their giantkilling wins over both Carlton Town and Hednesford, will feature alongside the likes of Will Grigg, Alexis Sanchez and Willian.
He said he was buzzing to have been chosen for the honour.
Andy Ambler, the FA's director of professional game relations, said: "One of the most special things about the Emirates FA Cup is that a goalscorer in the extra preliminary round shares the same accolade as some of football’s most famous names."
